Autism In Women

Autism in Women was created as my final major project at university while studying for a B.A in Illustration and animation. I decided to create an information zine about the still little understood subject of Autism in Women and how women with the condition see the world.

I used collage techniques  and illustration to give a sense of what it is like to have the condition. The zine is  written from the point of view of a person who might live with autism or Aspergers Syndrome.

I created the a guide character called  Ronnie the owl to help guide the reader through the zine and to provide some form context and explaination outside of my experinance.
